Guided by the secured PPAs, we raise debt-equity capital for total project cost and deploy it into the development and execution of zero-carbon power plants.
3. Transfer & Operate
We transfer ownership to the sovereign state and operate the asset on their behalf, maintaining it as an intelligent grid aligned with national climate goals.
